1. Cancellation Policy

• Customers may cancel their purchase of our fitness programs or coaching services within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided they have not accessed or received any portions of any content.

• Subscription-based services can be canceled at anytime, but refunds will not be issued for any partial billing periods.

• For in-person or virtual training sessions, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund or reschedule. Late cancellations may result in a partial refund or no refund, depending on the circumstances.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only available for unused services. If a customer is not satisfied with a training plan or digital content, they may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

• No refunds will be issued for completed or partially completed coaching services, personalized meal plans, or training sessions that have already taken place.

• If a technical issue prevents access to purchased content, we will make every effort to resolve the issue before considering a refund.

4. Exceptions
